Deposit and Payment

A deposit of one third of the total rental cost is required to secure your reservation. The balance of two-thirds must be paid no later than 8 weeks before your arrival. If you plan to take your holiday within 8 weeks, we require full payment when you make your reservation.

You can pay for your holiday with all major credit cards or by cheque. Please make cheques payable to De Vere Resort Ownership Limited.

Multi-week occupancy

Because our lodges are also available for De Vere Resort Ownership, it is not always possible to book longer than one week in the same lodge. On rare occasions, we may not be able to tell you about this until you arrive. Please be assured that if you need to move between lodges, your second lodge will be of the same size and quality and we will provide every assistance with moving your belongings.

What is included in the price of your luxury self catering break

Accommodation for up to the maximum number of guests in your lodge: a range of lodge styles is available, sleeping up to eight people.

All bedlinen and towels for the number of guests occupying the lodge, plus complimentary toiletries.

Use of the leisure club for the duration of your stay, again for the number of guests in your party. Please note some additional facilities do incur additional charges: these include the solarium, health and beauty treatments, snooker table, squash court booking fee, equipment hire, tennis coaching, golf course green fee, field sports and some other outdoor activities.

Cleaning: your lodges will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and if you wish to have your lodge serviced during your stay this can be arranged for a small extra charge.

Electricity and telephone charges are metered and will be added to your bill on departure.

Terms

The maximum occupancy limit of your lodge is determined by its size and available bed space, and the person who makes the booking is responsible for not exceeding this limit. Allowing too many guests to occupy the lodge is a breech of your agreement with De Vere Resort Ownership.

Cancellation

If you have to cancel your booking for any reason, you will forfeit a proportion of your payment.

If you cancel more than 8 weeks before your arrival you will lose your deposit.

If you cancel at any time between 8 and 6 weeks before your arrival we will return 55% of your payment.

If you cancel between 6 and 4 weeks before your arrival we will return 40% of your payment.

If you cancel between 3 weeks and 1 week before you are due to arrive we return 20% of your payment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any refund if you cancel within 1 week of your date of arrival. We recommend you take out appropriate travel insurance.
